โจทย์ของการรีโนเวตบ้านหลังนี้คือ การรีโนเวตพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยชั้น 2 ของตัวบ้านทั้งหมด รวมไปถึงการปรับส่วนระเบียงบ้านให้กลายเป็นห้องทำงาน โดยยังเก็บพื้นที่ชั้น 1 ไว้ตามเดิมและยังใช้อยู่อาศัยตลอดการก่อสร้าง ในด้านการออกแบบมีการปรับผังบ้านเล็กน้อยเพื่อเปิดทางเดินและเชื่อมต่อในแต่ละห้องให้โปร่งโล่งยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการติดตั้งประตูสัตว์เลี้ยงไว้ทุกห้องเพื่อให้น้องหมาพุดเดิลตัวน้อยเดินเข้า-ออกได้อย่างสะดวก องค์ประกอบทั้งหมดช่วยส่งเสริมให้บ้านนี้เต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นที่ไม่เพียงแต่ดีไซน์ภายนอก แต่ยังรวมไปถึงความอบอุ่นภายในของผู้อยู่อาศัยทุกคน

This renovation project reimagines the entire second floor of the home, transforming it into a refreshed and inspiring living space, including the conversion of the balcony into a stylish private home office. Throughout the construction process, the first floor remained fully functional, allowing the family to continue their daily life with ease. Thoughtful adjustments to the layout were introduced to create more open circulation and seamless connections between rooms, enhancing natural light and a sense of spacious comfort. To reflect the family’s lifestyle, pet doors were installed in every room, giving their beloved poodle the freedom to roam happily throughout the house. Every design detail has been carefully crafted to create a home filled with warmth—where beautiful aesthetics meet the genuine comfort and happiness of those who live within.
