โครงการรีโนเวตบ้านนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงพื้นที่ชั้น 2 ของตัวบ้านเดิมให้มีความเหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้งานที่เข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุแล้ว ทางทีมออกแบบของบาวเอ้นจึงได้มีการใช้หลักการ Elder Delight เป็นแนวคิดหลักในการออกแบบโครงการนี้ โดยเน้นไปที่การออกแบบพื้นที่ให้มีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งานตั้งแต่ห้องนอน ส่วนแต่งตัวและห้องน้ำ ในขณะเดียวกันก็ยังคงไว้ซึ่งสไตล์สแกนดิเนเวียนที่ลูกค้าชื่นชอบ

The purpose of this home renovation project was to improve the second floor of the original house to better suit the needs of its now elderly residents. The BAUEN design team adopted the “Elder Delight” concept as the main design approach, focusing on creating spaces that ensure safety and comfort — from the bedroom and dressing area to the bathroom. At the same time, the renovation preserves the Scandinavian style that the homeowners love.
